Senior Engineer (Manufacturing Engineering)

Major Responsibilities:

Lead and manage cost reduction projects for DSO packages
Project concept inception, planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting
Lead cross-functional team for smooth project implementation
Alignment of projects within several sites of the company
Requirements:

Good understanding in packaging materials such as molding compound, gold wire, aluminium wire, copper wire and leadframe
Experience in IC packaging processes
Knowledge in IC package qualification and reliability assessment
Knowledge FMEA, DOE, SPC, Microsoft Project
A Team player who enjoy working with different people
Able to travel in short notice
Good command of English
Based in Batam
Good presentation skill
Bachelor degree in Electronic / Electric Engineering, Material Engineering
